Products in: /Carpobrotus
Commonly known as "Pigface", this pretty succulent with daisy-like flowers is native to Australia. It makes an excellent groundcover and is very useful for binding loose, sandy soils. It can be grown in any well-draining soil, in a sunny position, but may need protection from heavy frost. Being a coastal plant it is tolerant of salt. It should be watered regularly until established, and then only require an occasional deep watering during Spring and Summer. A popular little succulent, it is commonly seen in Australian gardens adding lovely floral colour during Summer and Autumn!
